Listed by Branden Williams, Hilton & Hyland

Bruce Willis, who is expecting baby number two with wife Emma Heming-Willis, just dropped the price of his mansion in Beverly Hills by nearly $2 million! And it’s not the first price cut: the Diehard star listed the home May 28, 2013, for $22 million, and dropped the price to $19.995 million on Aug. 26. It’s now on the market for $18 million – what a bargain!

Willis purchased the estate in June 2004 for $6.3 million, so he still stands to make a lot of money from the sale. The 11-bedroom, 11-bath home spans 10,379 square feet, and has a tennis court, music room, library and staff quarters. It was built in 1928, but has gone through several remodels since then. Modern amenities include a gourmet kitchen with an eight-burner stove, a steam shower in one of the many bathrooms and a chilled wine cellar.

The furniture has a classic style, with a mix of old and new designs, from modern white sofas to classic leather chairs. The home is ideal for entertaining, with nearly an acre of grounds that include a pool, tennis court, built-in barbecue and covered patio.

The former owner was Alan Ladd Jr., a film industry executive and producer who is famous for giving George Lucas the green light to make Star Wars. The neighborhood is full of celebrities and Hollywood executives; past and present residents include screenwriter Michael Leeson, NASCAR owner Ollen Bruton Smith, Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, and Michael Jackson.

No word yet on where Willis and family are heading next. Perhaps they need even more room now that a second baby is on the way! What do you think of their home? Is it what you pictured the tough action star living in?

Ryan Lewis Pops Tag on $3.3M Home

Ryan Lewis Home

Listing provided by Katharine Gibson, Windermere Real Estate Co.

Ryan Lewis – of Macklemore & Ryan Lewis fame – just splashed out a whopping $3.3 million for a northwest Seattle estate. The Grammy award-winning producer scooped up the home on January 31 at quite a bargain compared with the property’s 2005 list price: a wallet-emptying $8.9 million. The estate has been on and off the market several times since then, and went through eight rounds of price drops before Lewis picked it up for $5.6 million less than the original price.

Ryan can celebrate his recent Grammy wins with the rest of the Shark Face Gang in this new abode, which spans 7,610 square feet with four bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms. The estate sits on just under an acre of land and has a beautiful outdoor deck with stunning views of the Puget Sound. Other luxury amenities include a library, wine cellar and a jetted tub in the master bath.

Jayson Haile, a Redfin real estate agent, toured the home last year and left the following tour insight: “The sights of the Sound and Olympic Mountains evoke the feeling of an old Italian mansion. There are mini-kitchens in the living rooms upstairs and in the basement, perfect for entertaining on any level. The home is newer construction and fully ‘wired’ with tall ceilings on every level.”

But it was most likely the location that lured in the big-time music producer. Seattle Redfin agent Codi Nelson says that homebuyers are drawn to Magnolia’s breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere.  “Magnolia has some of the best views in Seattle. It’s got a small-town feel to it, but you’re still close to the city,” Nelson said.

We assume he will be enjoying the views with  his beautiful sweetheart, who can be seen picture-perfect on the artist’s Instagram.

What’s your favorite part of the home?

Want to Live Like a Kardashian? Keeping Up with Them Could Cost $6.25 Million

This mega mansion just hit the market for $6.25 million. Look familiar? It was featured as the Kardashian house for the latest season of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” But, as TMZ reveals, the K family didn’t really live in the Los Angeles seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate. In fact, they actually live 20 miles from the home that was the façade for their TV home. TMZ reports that Kris Jenner didn’t want to  show the outside of their real home for security reasons. When the show first got started, it was shot in the family’s real home. That property was sold in April 2011 for $2.8 million.

Whether it’s their home or not, this crib is still pretty sweet! The Italian Villa estate spans a hefty 7,043 square feet, and includes a butler’s pantry, wine cellar and saltwater spa. The lighting is also nothing short of fabulous, with gorgeous chandeliers strung throughout the property, giving the mansion a romantic glow in each room. Listing photos reveal beautiful wood detail and classical artwork throughout the home.

It originally hit the market back in 2005 for $5.225 million. Two years later the home was listed for almost double the price, at $12 million. The home was taken on and off the market several times in the past nine years, and eventually landed on the current listing price of $6.25 million.

But where are the real homes of the Kardashians? Well Kourtney K’s actual home was listed on Jan. 22 for $3.499 million. Meanwhile, her sister Khloe just sold the marital mansion she shared with Lamar Odom on March 3 for $5.499 million. Kim K and her beau Kanye moved into their new home in Bel Air in January 2013. Now the parental units Bruce and Kris Jenner currently live in a six-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate, which they snagged in 2010 for $4 million.

Want to live like a Kardashian? Well, fake it till you make it … at least, that’s what the K family did with their home! All you need is $6.25 million, and a camera crew.

Check out these photos for an inside tour of  this beautiful mansion:

Lauren Conrad

Listed by Mark Christy, Berkshire Hathaway HomeService

Lauren Conrad will  hold on to the Laguna Beach ZIP code, as she just splashed out $8.5 million on a new home tucked nicely on gorgeous beachfront property. “The Hills” star purchased the property with some extra love on February 14. Usually a box of chocolates is enough for a girl on Valentine’s Day, but not Lauren!

It wasn’t certain that Lauren would remain in the area when she listed her last Laguna home in January for $2.795 million. That home is still on the market, but property records say that the price dropped $100,000 to $2.695 million.

Lauren is certainly upgrading from her last abode! According to the listing, her new home spans 2,910 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Built in 1937, the newly renovated home has a great mixture of old-world charm and modernism. Beamed ceilings and hardwood floors add a nice touch to the décor. But the biggest selling point? That view! The oceanfront home offers sunset views from most of the rooms in the house.

Which of her former “Hills” co-stars do you think she will invite to a housewarming party?

Captain America Chris Evans Unloads Property for $1.515 Million

Chris Evans Home

Listed by Branden Williams, Hilton & Hyland

Chris Evans, the star of “Captain America,” just sold his Los Angeles lair for $1.515 million. The 2,386-square-foot estate has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and is on a quiet cul-de-sac. The listing photos reveal beautiful white furniture, clutter-free walls and dark cabinets. According to the listing, the estate has a private deck with a seating area, as well as some luscious landscaping. The trees certainly provide enough privacy for the private spa that Evans may have used when bringing home any lucky ladies. The home also includes a fabulous walk-in closet and, after getting behind some of Gucci’s ad campaigns, he may have needed all the closet space he could get to optimize that Italian luxury inventory. The star purchased the home in 2007 for $1.25 million some money on the sale.

While Evans may have let go of one L.A. estate, he has been living the American dream at another home down the road, which is a bit of an upgrade from his last abode. Evans scooped up this home back in April 2013 for $3.52 million. The 4,599-square-foot estate has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. According to the listing, the private gated retreat includes city and valley views, a sparkling pool and spa and a large fire pit.

The actor purchased both estates under Bardsley Trust, named for his childhood friend Chris Bardsley, who died about a decade ago in an off-roading accident. Evans has a tattoo on his stomach in memory of his friend.

Possible Property “Heist”: Did Macklemore Snag Seattle Home for $2.153 Million?

Macklemore

Betsy Terry, Ewing & Clark, Inc.

According to real estate blog Urbnlivn, it’s possible that Ben Haggerty, better known as Macklemore, may have purchased a $2.153 million Seattle home. The mystery mansion in question was bought back in November, under the suspicious “Gwendolyn Lucky Properties LLC.” The buyer’s agent is staying mum on the details!

If Macklemore did in fact buy this not-so-humble Capitol Hill property, he is enjoying quite the view, which includes Seattle’s infamous Space Needle, the Olympic Mountains and sunsets over the Puget Sound (if it’s not too cloudy to see). The 2,920-square-foot home has three bedrooms, 2.25 bathrooms, high ceilings and marble fireplaces. The master suite boasts a marble bathtub, separate shower and a walk-in dressing room.

The listing photos show an exterior spiral staircase leading to the roof deck, and floor-to-ceiling windows. It is certainly a far cry from any thrift shop setting the artist is so fond of singing about, but it does look like a great place to entertain his buddy Ryan Lewis, and is perfect for some quality time with his fiancée, Tricia Davis.

Ryan Lewis is also enjoying a sweet new spot; he purchased a northwest Seattle estate on January 31 for $3.3 million. The Grammy award-winning producer scooped up the home at a bargain compared with the property’s 2005 list price: a wallet-emptying $8.9 million. Maybe they can have joint housewarming parties!

Does this look like a place Macklemore would inhabit?

Larry David Home

Listed by Santiago Arana, The Agency

The co-creator of “Seinfeld” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm” just unloaded his Pacific Palisades property for $12 million. While David’s shows most likely made you chuckle at some point between 1989 and today, there really is nothing to laugh about when it comes to the home he lived in since the early ‘90s, which is actually incredibly charming.

According to the listing, the Gated Country English Estate is located in the prestigious Pacific Palisades, where celebrities like Matt Damon and Kurt Russell also live. The seven bedroom and 10 bathroom home looks wonderfully warm, with beautiful dark wood accents and hardwood floors. It’s the perfect home for hosting Festivus for the rest of us! (And if you didn’t get that reference, you have to see the episode). The estate also includes a large guest house, a pool, and awesome ocean and canyon views.

The home was originally listed for $14.999 million back in March of 2013, but buyers didn’t bite. So, Larry curbed that price down to $12.995 million, about $2 million less than the original asking price. A buyer snagged the home at a final price cut for $12 million and with that extra cash in pocket, the buyer has something to dance about, but hopefully they have better moves than Elaine.

It looks like you can buy a lot when you create a show about nothing! What do you think of the home?

Former baseball player Barry Bonds just unloaded his Beverly Hills estate for $22 million. The home spans a whopping 17,100 square feet, and has seven bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms!

The MLB star originally listed the home in December for $23.5 million. Bonds purchased the home in 2002 for $9.95 million. According to the listing, the estate was extensively remodeled in 2003 and 2004, which could explain the $12.05 million dollar price increase.

The Bonds steroid scandal probably didn’t keep his friends from coming over to this palace. The home was built in 1999 and sits on 1.85 acres of land in the guard-gated Beverly Park neighborhood. It features 30-foot ceilings, a grand foyer, hand-painted Trompe l’oeil murals and Venetian plaster throughout. The home also has a pool, cabana, tennis court and two-story guest house. The amenities look even more impressive in the listing photos!

How many windows do you think Bonds might have broken while playing ball in the house?

Zac Efron Home

Listed by Kathrin Nicholson, The Agency

“High School Musical” star Zac Efron just listed his Los Angeles home for $2.849 million. The 2,400-square-foot estate has two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The modern manse features walls of glass that open up for a nice indoor-outdoor flow. The home also has concrete floors and an infinity pool. Efron purchased the home in 2008 for $2.35 million following the success of the “High School Musical” movie.

The 26-year-old star is moving on from teen dramas; he recently presented at the Oscars and just finished filming “Neighbors,” a comedy with Seth Rogan. He’s also moving on to the Hollywood Hills. In October, he purchased a 5,600-square-foot mansion for $3.995 million, in the same neighborhood as many other celebrities, including Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Eva Mendes, and Christina Ricci.

His new home has five bedrooms and was built in 1964. Although  it has state-of-the-art electronic capabilities, it maintains a 1960s vibe. Amenities include a chef’s kitchen, spa-like master bath, gym, pool, spa and a wine cellar. The home is situated down a long, private driveway, and has a security system that will ensure Efron has plenty of privacy. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room take advantage of the views. The expansive walk-in closet has a manly vibe, with dark wood cabinets. The property also has a guest house, so Efron’s brother and parents can visit for a long weekend in Hollywood Hills.

It’s clear Efron has an affinity for modern homes! What do you think of the design?

Jonathan Rhys Meyers Lists Modern Home for $1.6 Million

Jonathan Rhys Meyers Home

Listed by David Yocum, Hilton & Hyland

“Dracula” TV series star Jonathan Rhys Meyers’ home has just been listed. Located in Los Angeles, this modern mansion lists for $1.6 million. The two bedroom, 1.75 bathroom home sits on a 10,827-square-foot lot and was built in 1961. According to the listing, amenities include a pool, wine storage, stone countertops and custom cabinetry. The one-floor abode also has a home theater, which the 36-year-old may have used to watch the movies he starred in, including “Mission Impossible III” and “Match Point.”

The actor originally purchased the home in January 2007 for $1.595 million. Listing photos reveal an open floor plan, with hardwood floors and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The home is decorated in a minimalistic style, with neutral colored furniture and very little wall décor. Meyers was recently seen out and about in London, so who knows if the star will buy up any more Tinseltown property.

Would you trade in sunny California for the London weather?

Rihanna Letting Go of Some Big Baggage, Lists $14.995M Home

Listed by Aaron Kirman, John Aaroe Group

Grammy award-winning singer Rihanna just listed her Pacific Palisades home for $14.995 million. While the mansion is absolutely gorgeous, the starlet is probably happy to unload this piece of property; just a year after she bought it, the home was broken into twice in two weeks! That’s enough to send any girl packing; it doesn’t matter how “bright like a diamond” that home might shine.

The style icon purchased the home in December of 2012. It spans 9,595 square feet, and has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. “Rihanna’s modern mansion epitomizes luxury, with a top-of-the-line gourmet chef’s kitchen, grand entry and 14-foot ceilings,” said Eric Tan, a Redfin real estate agent in Los Angeles. “The home offers plenty of privacy too, as the estate is situated behind a long gated drive on almost an acre of land.”

RiRi’s former Beverly Hills home is also on the market. She purchased that home in September 2009 under her real name, Robyn R. Fenty, and sold it two years later in 2011. The current owner has it listed with a $8.395 million price tag. The seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home is a contemporary gated estate with an open floor plan. The home also has a home theater, a large chef’s kitchen and a pool and spa. The star didn’t have much luck with this home either, as the home reportedly flooded in 2010 due to a leveling issue. The star sued the previous owner and the inspector for a poor remodeling job.

Maybe Rihanna will have better luck finding real estate love in a more hopeful place, such as New York City. Rumors have gone around that the singer has packed her bags and headed to the East Coast, and that she might have also purchased a place back home in Barbados.

Is this the type of modern mansion you imagined the Barbados beauty living in?

Listed by Tomer Fridman, Ewing Sothebys I.R.

UPDATE: Back in February, the mom of two snatched up another Calabasas property not too far from the one she just sold.  The 11,746-square-foot home has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Kourtney K picked up the property for $7.45 million. The estate was previously owned by Keyshawn Johnson, and is a few doors from Justin Bieber’s home.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick just unloaded their Calabasas home for $2.975 million, after listing the home back in January for $3.499 million. They purchased the four bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home in 2010 for $1.7 million. Kourtney moved into the home with Disick after selling her other Calabasas home for $700,000.

Scott and Kourtney certainly added their own personal flare to their gorgeous abode; listing photos reveal a mix and match of posh designs, fabulous colors and daring patterns throughout the house. Each room seems to have a different theme for a funky vibe in each space! Maybe Kourtney should start thinking about interior design as a second career because the girl certainly has a playful sense of style.

The home sits on half an acre and comes with absolutely stunning views of the city lights. It spans 5,334 square feet, and features a courtyard with a pond, a library/office, wine cellar, gourmet kitchen,  a master suite with a sitting area, fireplace, luxurious bath and balcony. Details include crown molding, hardwood floors and designer window treatments. The lushly landscaped grounds feature a patio, fire pit, grassy area, and a stone pool and spa.

The home is located in “The Oaks” area of Calabasas,  where other celebrities like Will Smith, Travis Barker, and David Hasselhoff also reside.

If you were moving into Kourtney’s home, would you redecorate?

$14 Million Malibu Estate

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin have officially announced their separation, and now it’s time to decide who gets what. The split comes on the heels of a real estate purchase by the two in late February, when they snatched up an estate in Malibu for $14 million. The estate was designed by the world-renowned architect, John Lautner, and sits on over an acre of land. According to property records, the home was bought under a trust by the name of “Magical Kingdom Land Trust.” It would be a real shame for either of the two to lose out on this with four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, as the secluded estate has heated sandstone floors, a chef’s kitchen, a pool, tennis court, yoga studio and breathtaking ocean views. Maybe they can use it as an “uncouples” retreat.

Paltrow and Martin also share a Brentwood palace, which they bought in June 2012 for $9.95 million. It’s another property that would be difficult to part ways with. The home spans just under 7,000 square feet, and has seven bedrooms and six bathrooms. It sits on a well-shaded 0.66 acres, and includes a stable and several outdoor seating areas. The home was purchased under “West Fourth Residential Trust,” which is a name used for other properties owned by Paltrow. The actress once owned a home in Greenwich Village on West Fourth Street, so it’s possible that’s the origin of the trust name.

There is another property purchased under the similarly named “West Fourth Street Trust” in December 2012. The $1.86 million Santa Monica apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,396 square feet. If this is Paltrow’s place, maybe Martin won’t feel so bad letting her keep the almost-beachfront apartment, as long as he gets to keep one of the others.

The duo must also decide what to do with their East Hamptons home, which the two snagged back in 2006 for $5.4 million, under “Orchard House LLC.” Their daughter’s name is Apple, which might have been the inspiration for the name of the LLC. This home is just a stone’s throw away from Paltrow’s mother’s home, which was purchased under the name of Paltrow’s deceased father, Bruce Paltrow.

According to Celebrity Net Worth, together the couple have a net worth of approximately $100 million, which makes them one of the richest celebrity couples in the world. Paltrow and Chris probably have a lot more than real estate assets to discuss; it will be interesting to see which properties hit the market and in what order.

Ellen Page Scores Venus Williams’ Manse

Listed by Christine Taylor, Gibson International

Ellen Page reigns victorious after scooping up Venus Williams’ Hollywood Hills mansion.

Coming out of the closet isn’t the only big thing Ellen has done this year. According to The Real Estalker, the “Juno” star splashed out $1.701 million for the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in March.   According to property records, the home hit the market in January at a price of $1.799 million, so it looks like Page bargained down a bit. Williams purchased the home in 2005 for $1.9 million, so she lost money on the sale.

Tennis star or movie star, it’s no wonder why anyone would want this midcentury modern crib, which was built in 1955 and sits down a long gated drive, perfect for anyone looking for some privacy. The “Inception” star’s new kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and a wine fridge. Page can now also enjoy Williams’ former canyon views from either the deck or large pool. Listing photos reveal the estate’s 1950s charm, with high beam ceilings and large windows that flood the home with plenty of natural light. The only thing this home is missing is a tennis court, which is maybe why Williams decided to split. Other stars that have taken up residence in the exclusive Hollywood Hills area include Christina Ricci, Chris Evans and Joaquin Phoenix.

Page’s new home is a bit of an upgrade from her other pad in Studio City, which she still owns. According to property records, the home was purchased under the same trust as the Hollywood Hills home and isn’t currently on the market. The two-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home spans 1,499 square feet. It’s clear that the actress certainly has an affinity for the midcentury modern design, as this home was also built in 1955 and maintains that ’50s feel.

Both homes are full of character; which one would you want to live in?

Eva Mendes Sells Los Angeles Home

Eva Mendes

Listed by Anthony Stellini, Nourmand & Associates-BH

Eva Mendes is cutting ties with the manse she owned with her former beau.

The actress officially unloaded the three-bedroom, two-bathroom Los Angeles property for $1,278,630. Mendes co-owned the crib with her now ex-boyfriend George Augusto. They bought the place for $584,000 when they started dating in 2002.

According to the listing, the midcentury sanctuary has undergone a decade-long renovation process. It offers a lot of private tranquility, with beautifully designed gardens and city views. The listing photos show off the home’s most impressive characteristics, displaying chic décor, European lighting and a mix and match of posh patterns. Other key features include fruit trees, raised vegetable boxes and chickens! Imagine Ms. Mendes going to fetch some eggs for breakfast!

Mendes and Augusto split in 2010, but the home didn’t hit the market until March of this year. The actress has since moved on and started dating “The Notebook” heartthrob Ryan Gosling. The two connected while filming the actress’ most recent film, “A Place Beyond the Pines.” It seems like they’re doing well, as rumors are flying that the two are secretly engaged. He was recently spotted at her current residence in Los Angeles, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home she purchased in 2008 for $3.219 million.

It looks like the acting beauty has a sense of humor to boot; she purchased her present home under a “Dr. Kenneth Noisewater Trust,” and if you’re an “Anchorman” fan, that name might ring a bell. In the movie, Ron Burgundy’s co-anchor, Brian Fantana, explains that Kenneth Noisewater is a nickname for his unmentionables. You stay classy, Eva Mendes!

Selena Gomez is Ready to Part Ways with Starter Home

SelenaGomezHouseShe’s moving on!

In the midst of all the Justin Bieber drama, Selena Gomez is looking to unload another type of baggage: her Tarzana, California, home. Gomez just listed her 6,630-square-foot property for $3.495 million, a month after reports came out that she scooped up another home in Calabasas. Guess she won’t be needing two mansions!

Gomez recently spent some quality time at Coachella with her gal pal, Kylie Jenner, who may have been a guest at some point in the six-bedroom, 7.75-bathroom crib. But Jenner may not get such a warm welcome at Gomez’s new spot, considering recent reports about Jenner and Bieber getting “friendly.”

Selena purchased the home in 2011 for $2.175 million, around the time that her hit single “Love You Like a Love Song” was released. The gated abode has a lush backyard with a fountain, patio, built-in kitchen, pool and tennis/basketball court. Selena must have had some lovely dinner parties with guests, as it is well-equipped with a formal dining room and a lavish guest suite with separate entrance.

She’s ready for you to come and get it — if you have the cash! Is this the kind of home you pictured Selena living in?

Missy Elliott Quietly Unloads Florida Property

MissyElliottMissy Elliott is no longer gettin’ her freak on down at her Florida condo.

The singer-songwriter sold her Aventura property on Feb. 10 for $1.45 million, which was less than her asking price of $1.92 million. Elliott scooped up the four-bedroom, five-bathroom condo back in 2002 for $1.3 million, around the same time she released “Work It,” her most successful single to date.

The 4,740-square-foot abode has beautiful panoramic views of Aventura. Other key features include a media room, four terraces, a marble master bath, marble floors and a wet bar. The building’s amenities also include a spa, marina and 16 tennis courts … not to mention the beach just a few steps away! However, the new owners might want to make some changes to the living room, where Elliott has the word “Missy” spelled out in large letters in the center of the room.

Although she owns other property in Florida, Elliott spends a lot of time with her mom in Virginia Beach, where she owns an 11,616-square-foot mansion that she purchased for her mother to live in. It has six bedrooms, 6.5 baths and some serious amenities, including a gym, indoor swimming pool, an elevator and a home theater.

In a chat with Yahoo’s “The Yo Show,” Elliott addressed her hiatus from the spotlight in recent years, saying that she’s waiting for the right opportunity to jump back in. Meanwhile, Pharrell Williams, who went to the same high school as Elliott, has hinted on Twitter that he’s working on a new project with the singer. It looks like we’ll be hearing more from Elliott soon!

What do you think of Missy Elliott’s former home? Would you ever customize your house with your name?

Zac Efron is moving on up!

The “High School Musical” star just parted ways with his ultramodern Hollywood Hills home, which sold for $2.775 million. The 2,400-square-foot estate has two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The architectural work of art, designed by Rodney Walker, features walls of glass that open to the outdoors from every room for a seamless indoor/outdoor experience. The large windows bring in tons of natural light for a bright and airy feel. The home also features heated concrete floors and an outdoor infinity pool. Listing photos reveal amazing spaces outside the home, including a large deck that’s perfect for entertaining guests! It is modestly decorated, with a mixture of simple white and dark wood furniture pieces. Efron purchased the home in 2008 for $2.35 million following the success of the “High School Musical” movie.

But, the star isn’t going far. The 26-year-old recently scooped up a new home just six miles away for $3.995 million. Efron, who just finished filming the comedy “Neighbors,” seems to gravitate toward modern architecture, as his new pad also features right angles and geometric shapes. His new home is considerably bigger, with five bedrooms, 5.25 baths and 5,644 square feet. Amenities include a chef’s kitchen, spa-like master bath, pool, spa and wine cellar. Seth Rogan, who co-stars in “Neighbors” with Efron, recently told Conan O’Brian that he thinks Efron is the “sexiest mother—er alive.” Maybe that’s thanks to that gym the 26-year-old has at home.

Efron’s new pad is situated down a long, private driveway, and has a security system that will ensure he has plenty of privacy, which he is probably seeking after being in the news for some of his recent antics. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room take advantage of the impressive views. The expansive walk-in closet has a manly vibe, with dark wood cabinets. The property also has a guest house, so Efron’s brother and parents can visit for a long weekend in Hollywood. Other famous folks in the neighborhood include Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Eva Mendez and Christina Ricci.

Vanessa Hudgens’ home is just 10 minutes away; do you think the former girlfriend ever came by to visit Zac?

And the Iconic Home Sells for… Bueller? Bueller?

It’s time to twist and shout for the owner who just unloaded this Highland Park, Illinois property!

After five years of bouncing on and off the market, the iconic midcentury home used in the movie “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off” has finally sold for $1.06 million.

The home has had a wild ride on the real estate market. It was first listed back in May 2009 for $2.3 million. The price was dropped a few months later in November to $1.8 million, then again the following June to $1.65 million. The place was taken off the market in February 2011. The listing reappeared in August 2013 with a smaller price tag of $1.5 million. The abode hasn’t had much luck since it’s re-emergence on the market, and eventually dropped in price to $1.25 million.

The owners of the infamous estate rented it out in 1986 for the famed Bueller movie directed by John Hughes. If you’ve seen the movie, you might remember the four-car interior parking space, where the famous 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California Spyder crashed through the windows. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home was designed by A. James Speyer and spans 4,300 square feet. The open floor plan and giant windows give the home an airy feel. The home was built in 1953, and sits on an acre of land nestled among trees.

What would you do with the garage if you bought this home? The floor-to-ceiling windows surrounded by trees would make a beautiful spot for entertaining, but it would be a shame not to house a gorgeous Ferrari there.
